The staff are sympathetic and extremely attentive. The only thing that could have been better was the pressure sensor on the bed which should have alerted when I got out of bed but which had not been set properly.

The hospice staff and doctors have been amazing. I know Tony is in safe and caring hands at this very difficult time. I have also had good support from the OT team. The atmosphere here is always calm which i think makes a huge difference.

The building and grounds are homely and very welcoming. The staff are unbelievable! They care about the wellbeing of every single person that walks through their doors, not just the patients. They are kind, caring, dedicated, thorough and friendly. I literally cannot recommend this hospice anymore than what is physically possible. My mum stayed at the hospice and was treated with respect and dignity. A lot of people don't like the idea of a hospice because of what it represents but I can not think of a better way to see out your final days. I genuinely thank you from the bottom of my heart for the treatment and care you gave to my mum whilst in your care.
